setup gaim account

When trying to enable account get error message "Slower (Dan) (AIM) disconnected
Your account is currently suspended.
Gaim will not attempt to reconnect the account until you correct the error and re-enable the account."

Why is it suspended? Correct what error?

Obviously new at setting up accounts does not seem to be any guidance as to how to properly setup Gaim account.
Filled in fields with what I thought is what they requested.
