[FFe] fwts 0.26.08

fwts 0.26.08 is released on Apr/9.

This vesion contains many new ACPI error patterns from newer version of kernel.

This version also fixes two major bugs:
  acpi: acpidump: abort dumping of SLIC if length is zero
  efiruntime: getnextvariablename update the VariableNameSize before return when get EFI_BUFFER_TOO_SMALL
