Hello,

It's probably an energy problem and not an ext4 problem. In my case I have measured the energy with power top and in my case, "owncloud take lot of energy. It seems that if several disks is connected to my computer throw a hub the disk connected could mount eject, mount eject.

On Mac OS X, if you click on battery icon, you get the list of applications take lot of energy.

My question:
How Ubuntu manage the energy ?
Is it possible to implement a function similar to Mac OS X ?

Thanks for your support
