Is Fragroute project maintained?

or

Are the releases in launchpad are just compiling the older fragroute without any code changes?

I think after the 2002 initial release the project has not advanced

I see latest builds for fragroute with version increment, so i got doubt whether it is still maintained by Ubuntu people.

Its no longer maintained
