Update to FlightGear 2020.3.6

Hey all,

The current newest stable version of FlightGear is 2020.3.6. Is it possible that you guys update it in the repository?

I suggest you report a bug. If the bug and security fixes are significant then the package will be updated sooner rather than later

Ubuntu is not a rolling release distribution and packages can be left in favor of ones with real issues.

Remember to filter PPAs for your release name. Not all PPAs support all releases of Ubuntu and PPAs come with the usual caveats of a PPA.

Additionally you have to be aware that Ubuntu is copying packages form Debian, and Debian also has only version 2020.3.5
First step to get a higher version into Ubuntu is creating a bug reort for Debian that they upgrade their package.

Have you seen the PPA https://launchpad.net/~saiarcot895/+archive/ubuntu/flightgear-edge ?
That already has version 2020.4.0
