Flexc++ and Bisonc++ packages for arm64

Dear Sir/Madam:
An important project I'm working on needs to be ported to arm64, but we are dependent on flexc++2.01 and bisonc++ 4.09 which exist in the Vivid sources for amd64, but as far as I can tell, not for arm64.
I tried building the dependency chain from source on arm, but I ran into difficulties building the bobcat library.
Is there a timeline for these two packages in Vivid or Wily on arm64?
