The PPA ppa:alexlarsson/flatpak does not contain any software for Ubuntu cosmic.
Apparently the instructions on flatpak.org do not take into account that there is a new Ubuntu release.

As long as a flatpak package for Ubuntu cosmic has not been published in this ppa, you have to remove the reference to this PPA from your package management configuration.

You need to contact the person who owns the PPA to ask about adding cosmic support to it. We in the Launchpad team just operate the infrastructure.

Can you help with this problem?

Provide an answer of your own, or ask Compiler for more information if necessary.
