Cannot see videos on Oprah.com but can see on others, what to do?

I need help to be able to see and hear videos on Oprah.com I can see and hear other websites but not this one. What is the problem and how do I fix it or can you fix it for me? The videos does the "circle" like it is loading then it stays black and the buttons are gray and not accessible to use. I tried to see if the plug in was the problem, but it shows the plug in use when I looked at the manage plug in content, under tools and it showed "shock wave flash". Am I even looking at the area that may be the problem? I am not real sure if that is the problem. I am more of a word processor type of person, rather than a technician on how it works. Please help if you can. I would like to be able to view videos on the Oprah site, like I am able to do on the other ones. Does this have anything to do with not having a Microsoft, Windows processor?

No this should be no problem with your processor.

1) Try to update your Flashplayer
2) try an other Browser to view (wich one are you using currently?)
3) If you have some adware-blocker disable it on that page.

... or could it be that this content is blocked in your network ...?

Can you give the output of:

lsb_release -a; uname -a; echo; dpkg -l | egrep 'flash|gnash|swf'

try accessing it using a online proxy like hidemyass.com or Change your browser.
If nothing worked try chaning your dns address

a lot of american television stations will not send content outside the united states. give hidemyass.com a try. if that doesn't work, then you won't be able to watch it.
