how to download flash player on xubuntu 10.4

I picked up an old Gateway and installed xubuntu 10.4 which works well. I would like to install flash player in it.

Which version of Flash player
    I chose Linux.tar.gz which I have in download. Now, Location/ (what do I put here?

You don't. Just run:

sudo apt-get install flashplugin-nonfree

And it will install
