I have installed the Adobe Flash Player several times but it is not listed as one of the Plug-Ins in Mozilla. When I encounter a file on the web that needs Adobe Flash Player it ask he to reinstall the Flash Player

install Adobe flash player 10 from Ubuntu Software Center (if you installed older one).
If you installed latest one then open Ubuntu Software Center in search filed type --- flash
and you will see lots of flash plugins for mozilla.

You probably downloaded and installed a regular version that doesn't have the Mozilla plugin. I installed a copy this morning and it works fine. You might want to try this to get one that works on your browser.

1) Go to Youtube and click on any video. A message will appear that says you need to get the Flash player from Adobe and present you with a link.
2) Click the link to go to Adobe. One you get their, the proper version will be selected.
3) Check that it's the Linux version and download.
