upgrade flameshot without upgrading ubuntu

I am running ubuntu 20.04 and I am getting the version 0.6.0git20191001. How can I upgrade the version of the flameshot without upgrading the version of ubuntu?

There is no official support for flameshot higher that 0.6.0+git20191001-2 on Ubuntu focal.

If it is important for you to have a higher version, then you can try https://launchpad.net/~nemonein/+archive/ubuntu/flameshot
The usual caveats for PPAs apply of course.
