set amsn & firestart to start at boot up

Hi all
I have finely got my wife to use Ubuntu.. ya. but she would like firestarter & amsn to start up at boot up so they "just work" like in XP.
can I please get so help on this. I'm running 9.04

go to system>> preferences >> startup application and add apps you want to start at boot.

You don't need to run firestarter. Firestarter is only a GUI to help configure iptables which runs as a service

iptables is loaded with the startup services so you are fine :)
