events using Firestarter firewall

I have relatively new to Ubuntu and apologize in advance for my ignorance. I am using Firestarter firewall. I am receiving occasional alerts (events) indicating blocked connections at Ports 1211 & 2869. The source is 192.68.1.1 Protocol TCP. Having Google'd the source it says that is the home for my Linksys Router. Is there an issue here for me to address?
