firefox problem

Asked by Omar. P

I was trying to upgrade to firefox 3.5, but instead I ended up without it. Now I can't open up my firefox web browser. When I try this comes up "Failed to excute child process firefox(no such file or directory)". When I try to open with terminal it says "firefox currently not installed".
I try typing sudo apt-get install firefox-3.0, but nothing happens. Please could someone help with this problem.

if you still want to have an upgraded version of firefox go to software center the one above firefox 3.0 is 3.6.1 ... just install it there [[[ do not remove 3.0 ]]]] and you should be good to go ...
