I installed ubuntu tweak and I made some changes as well as I changed the double click option on nautilus to single click. Now when I revert back to double click option, I cant open any files or folders. Please help!

What type of mouse are you using?

Try reinstalling Ubuntu. If you made a custom disc (one modified so it has certain settings when you install it), you should try downloading the 9.10 version and just putting it straight onto the disc. If you need a driver for your mouse (which is unlikely) and it is a Windows driver, try using a program called "Wine" to make the program run in Ubuntu. And if that fails, try another mouse (I would suggest a new one).

I am using a Microsoft USB/PS2 mouse. I downloaded the original ubuntu 9.04 and 9.10 and the mouse worked perfectly. The problem started when I used ubuntu tweak as far as I remember.

I suggest that you get rid of the tweak. It could have corrupted something.

Can you help with this problem?
