How do I open a "terminal window?" I am trying to install RealPlayer. RealPlayer10GOLD.bin

why do you want tu use the .bin?
there is a .deb of RealPlayer10GOLD full working in plf (penguine liberation front) respository

You can install the "nautilus-open-terminal" package. After restarting Nautilus, you should be able to open a terminal window in your directories from within Nautilus.
