Cannot communicate securely with peer: no common encryption algorithm(s)

Host use Ubuntu 10.04.4 to build application using Maxlinear SDK which was informed to use Ubuntu 10.04.4 for stable setting.
The first problem is occurred from firefox version 3.6.3 ,which set SSL 3.0 and TLS 1.0, as below.

Secure Connection Failed

An error occurred during a connection to start.ubuntu.com.

Cannot communicate securely with peer: no common encryption algorithm(s).

(Error code: ssl_error_no_cypher_overlap)

How could I solve to connect it Ubuntu.com via firefox?

Ubuntu 10.04 is end of life. I suggest you wipe the install off and do a clean install of Focal which is LTS and officially released in a couple of weeks. You will upgrade seamlessly from the prerelease to the stable build.
