Is the package "firefox-dev" the equivalent of Firefox Developer Edition?

Looking for a way to install Firefox Developer Edition as a part of a package rather than installing it myself. I noticed that firefox-dev is a package in the Ubuntu repositories, but I guess I'm unsure if it is either just development headers for the regular firefox package or if it is the Firefox Developer Edition that Firefox release.

lsb_release -a; uname -a; apt-cache show firefox-dev
