Firefox Problem Loading Page Error

Asked by Eryka

Binary package hint: firefox

I don't know exactly what this website is about or what anyone on it can do about this problem. I have skimmed through some of the other complaints and I have yet to see a resolution posted. I would like help ASAP if anyone can offer any. That would be greatly appreciated.

The error that I have is on Firefox, but not exclusive to firefox. I have also tried Internet Explorer and I am not sure what the problem is. I was thinking I might have a virus but then AOL works and I am using this website through AOL's browser. Firefox was working last night and I made NO changes to my internet, firewall, LAN connection, nothing has been changed. Everything is as dusty as it was yesterday. The error message I keep receiving is the following:

The connection was reset

The connection to the server was reset while the page was loading.

     * The site could be temporarily unavailable or too busy. Try again in a few
          moments.

    * If you are unable to load any pages, check your computer's network
          connection.

    * If your computer or network is protected by a firewall or proxy, make sure
that Firefox is permitted to access the Web.

Can someone please, please, e-mail me at: <email address hidden> with your help? I would like that. Thank you.

Converting this into a question. If it turns out that is is indeed a bug, it can be reopened.
