How do I upgrade my web browser? I received the information and I can not reply to any of my emails.I can open them up but i can not reply back because the open box is locked i have to upgrade my browser.What should i do?

If you are using Gutsy, you need to enable the universe repository from System-> Administration-> Software Sources. Then you can open up a terminal and type

sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get upgrade
sudo apt-get install firefox-3.0

Apparently even if you have the upgraded firefox 3.0.3 you will still get this error. I think there is a problem with how the website identifies the browser you are using. I let you know if I find a workaround.
