What is the difference between web pages that you can see and that you cant'?

Do you get any error message?

Could you tell the url you're having problems.

Some webpages are made for IE. That's a sad truth. It means it won't work well on Firefox. I found that my bank website is one of these. Today most of the sites work on firefox and it will probably become more apparent in some time.

Maybe you should try another browser if it's really an important page.
Try Epiphany, Opera and Konqueror.

I would suggest to try in this order

Some webpages need flash plugin installed, some need java installed. Sometimes it helps to install the useragent plugin at let firefox rport to the webserver to be Internet Explorer.

I hope this helps
