Why Firefox doesn't know about djvu plug-in

when i open this page, mozilla firefox tell that i have to install missing plug-in, but it couldn't find plug-in, and when i install:
sudo apt-get install djvulibre-plugin
it show me djvu-document.
Why Firefox doesn't know about this plug-in?

Hi, hvw, there are Ubuntu conflicts with that plug-in. If you search for the plug-in in synaptic, and right click to check suggested and recommended files, you may find a combination that works for you.

Actually, right plug-in via Synaptic exists (djvulibre-plugin), but what about those of users who need to have simple way to install right plug-in. "Ubuntu conflicts with that plug-in" - what does it mean? The question is not
"is there right plug-in to view djvu-documents" the question is
"why firefox doesn't supply with right answer which plug-in is need".

Firefox, Synaptic, and Ubuntu, are entirely separate distributions, while djvu is separate from each of them. However, each spend a lot of time and resources as a community, trying to ensure harmony. "Ubuntu conflicts with that plug-in" means that the developers of the plug-in have not yet achieved perfect harmony.

Were you able to access http://nglib-free.ru/book_view.jsp?idn=007384&page=1&format=djvu using the plug-in from Synaptic?
