Hi,

I would like you to try this. Cut the printer off ooo wait about 5 seconds. Cut the printer on while holding down the power button. It's should start to print in about 5 to 12 sec.. While holding down the power button. If it don't start printing while holding down the power button for about 10 seconds try this again with the printer cable line to the PC unpluged. You should not have to hold down the power button over 10 to 15 seconds. If the printer should start... release your finger off the printer. Check the power plug in the socket email back if the printer work's without the printer cable.
