Firefox - dotted border only in Ubuntu

Firefox on Ubuntu only (tested on Windows, Mac) adds a dotted border outside input submit (on active) that you can remove only with following invalid CSS code:

input::-moz-focus-inner {
   border: 0;
}

I opened a bug, but for now, how to delete dots without invalid CSS code?
