mozilla is not cheking its updates though i click "check updates" in "help" toolbar ,how to install flash in mozilla

Mozilla automatically gets updated with the system as does every piece of software installed through the repositories. As far as installing Flash, you might want to check out the Restricted Formats page for the instructions to install non free format support.

You can watch it directly at that link (will require flash though :) ) or you can download the ogg version which should just play fine in Ubuntu.
