How to get newer version of adobe flashplayer to work on 12.04 lts

Asked by Ronald

Running 14.04 LTS Need newer version of Adobe flashplayer to use some things on Chromium web browser. It shows that the flashplayer is installed. I don't think it is a newer version.

The newest version of Adobe Flash for Linux, is 11.2.202.442. What is output of?

dpkg -l | grep adobe

If you are using Chromium, I believe you can use pepper flash. See sites below.
