How is this an Ubuntu question at all?

Installing XP is nothing to do with Ubuntu.

If you want the possibility to select between Ubuntu and Windows XP on your computer, you have two possibilities:

1. You can install both operating systems side by side
or
2. You can install just one operating system and run the other one inside this system in a virtual machine.

What operating system(s) does you computer currently have?

Or - if your question is "how do I replace Ubuntu by Windows XP" - then you just need to boot from a Windows XP installation CD/DVD and let the installer overwrite Ubuntu.

And just as a warning: Windows XP support has ended last year; there are no bug fixes any more, not even for critical vulnerabilities.

XP is also dead, so you will get zero updates for it as Microsoft have ended the updates for it.

Can you help with this problem?
