Adjusting Page Width

Asked by David Vincent-Jones

I notice that some web pages (ie. BBCNEWS.COM) do not display using my full screen width. I need on such pages to enlarge the fonts for easier reading.

I compare this with 'Opera' where I can instruct the browser to use my full screen width. Is there a way to do this in Firefox?

Hello
You can modify text size to enlarge fonts for easier reading in firefox..

 Firefox offers various ways of setting text size:

    * zoom in and out by holding the Ctrl key down and moving the mouse wheel;
    * zoom the text size in and out by using Ctrl & ‘+’ and Ctrl & ‘-’.
    * set the font in menu Tools / Options.

Hope it helps

Bhavani Shankar.

Yes, I fully understand that there are several solutions to zoom in and out ...
It is just a small nuisance.

Opera appears to be able to do this without my intervention .. Firefox apparently cannot.

Pity!
