if i open a link it get auto refreshed to another link which is www.facebook.com/advertising what should i do now to trouble shoot

when i open a link suppose www.startv.in itgets auto refreshed to www.facebook.com/advertsing and get started to auto refreshed continuosly

The link given returns a 403 (Forbidden) at the moment. It is a server failure.
I'm very sorry, but this is a support platform for Ubuntu Linux. We do not troubleshoot 3rd party web services here.
