I can't able to auto upgrade my firefox

I am checking for auto upgrade my firefox, but I can't find any options to do. I am using Ubuntu 10.04 and my current firefox version is 7.01.
Please guide me.

10.04 is no longer supported, hence the issue your having to resolve this upgrade to 12.04

You can upgrade in one jump to 12.04 (Precise) as it is LTS to LTS. I recommend a clean install to reduce issues. You can restore user data from backup.
