D-Link DWL 122 in linux. I can't find a driver

I have an D-Link DWL-122 for my Acer aspire 3000. I can't seem to find a driver that works in Linux- Ubuntu.

Don't worry!

install ndiswrapper included in ubuntu live cd.
copy your XP drivers for NIC to desktop.
using terminal move to that folder.
there are atleast 2 files.
one is *.sys and other is *.inf

in terminal
:~$ ndiswrapper -i <any_name>.inf
:~$ ndiswrapper -l

{this will display your driver if the above command succeded.}

:~$ ndiswrapper -m

:~$ modprobe ndiswrapper

:~$ pppoeconf

{This will configure your NIC if it's listed you win the race.}
