ekiga is not set up correctly

I am trying to set up ekiga in ubuntu gutsy. I went through the druid for set up and everything eemed to look fiine. Anyway when I launch the application at the bottom of the window there is written "registration failed: Forbidden" and when I try to call <email address hidden> producs no effect.
I am very new to ubunto and are almost illitterate.

The problem maybe that you haven't entered the correct login details or that the ekiga.net service is temporarily down.

On page 3 of the druid 'ekiga.net Account' check you have entered the correct login details that you chose when signing up for an account.

Then try again...
