Can't play movies on Google Play.

I'm sure someone has experienced this problem also, I am unable to stream movies from the Google Play Store through Chrome or Firefox.
I'm very new, I'm just tinkering with UBUNTU, so my system is pretty fresh (and my brain pretty green).
I'm running 12.04.
Any help? Just gives me a black screen when I try to play the movie. Plays everything else (youtube, hulu) just fine.
