Magnet Error After 10.04 LTS to 12.04.1 Upgrade

Prior to the upgrade I was able to click on a magnet link in Firefox and Transmission would launch and download the torrent. Now I get the "Firefox can't find the file at...." error message. Is this an association problem? How do I fix?

In the firefox settings, 4th tab you can set the application associations. Make sure "magnet" is set to "Always ask".

It was set to Transmission. I downloaded Taxati and specified that in ff settings and it is working. I will try changing it to "always ask".

Changed to always ask and specified Transmission and it worked. Not sure why it didn't work with Transmission specified in ff settings initially.
