firefox OS? what is the impact on Ubuntu or ubuntu+1

I do not like the Browser Wars and since Google has been downplaying Firefox is just not good for the Users, Customers.
Am I rights that HTML5 solves that too?

as long as the browser obey the standards the content will be ok. Standards are what make the web work. SO HTML4, HTML5, whatever as long as your browser can view it then you will see the intended content correctly :)
