using firefox 12.0 and using system ubuntu lucid 10.4 lts

for around 4 weeks, have not been able to use you tube, 1 click youtube video downloader is disabled, ver.1.5 as well as 3.6.1 flashvideo youtube downloader, i have antvideo downloader that isnt, disables version 2.4.7, can anyone tell me is ant video safe to use with my versions of linux
