 Thanks, I tried the link you provided and it's not working for me either. I keep getting a blank screen. So far I've used firefox and internet explorer, but with no luck.

I just accessed the site, using Ubuntu 10.10 (EOL), with Firefox. So site is accessible. As actionparsnip said, IE does not run on Ubuntu. If you used IE, you are using Windows. Windows not supported here.
You could check this site.

Try:

I actually upgraded my Ubuntu to a newer version and the problem is now solved, thanks.
