Internal Trusted Root CA

Hello

We have an internal website hosted on IIS which uses a certificate generated from our internal windows CA server.

How do i install this certificate onto ubuntu for all Firefox uses?

Have tried converting it to a PEM file and placing in /etc/ssl/certs - then running the update-ca-certificates script - but the website continue to be untrusted.
