Firefox crashes when trying to load pogo games

Asked by Jerry Wheeler

I read and tried the solution to this problem that was posted by Kopie de Jong on 3-3-12. All it did was erase all my bookmarks and my homepage which I had to reset.

mv ~/.mozilla/firefox ~/.mozilla/firefox_old This is the command I used. I pasted it into a terminal and hit enter and it deleted all bookmarks.

It didn't delete anything at all, the profile is renamed, not deleted. If you look at the command, you'd realise this. Why would a delete command need 2 folders?

What plugin does the site use?

Can you give the output of:

lsb_release -a; uname -a

Thanks

If you read the command you ran, you simply renamed the folder. This is not a delete, if you rename the folder back, you will get the settings back as the folder your browser looks at will have the old settings in.

You aren't too new for the forum. The forum is for all abilities. You are just too much of a quitter IMHO
