The picture for Captcha not appearing when I try to register on a site

I registered myself for applying passport in the site Passportindia.gov.in. Then when I tried to log in the Captcha does not appear. Unless I fill the field with the CAPTCHA words I cannot login

That Captcha in Passportindia.gov.in is a simple image. it suppose to load without problem. i guess you have tried reloading the page. Can you see images on other sites?

If you have browser plugins such as no scripts, you'll need to allow captcha. Various other ad dons can block it as well

in I can confirm that usign Firefox with Disabled Addons / in Private Mode or in Safe Mode still blocking/not loading CAPTCHas
using 12.04 x64, firefox 12
