plug-in for text/ hotml decoder

Asked by Friend

In order to hear an audio presentation from a website, I was asked to install a plug-in.
I proceeded to search for a plug-in & the text said "no plugin found".
The text said I am looking for a "text/html decoder"

The -ugly package contains plugins judged to be good in quality, but which "might pose distribution problems"; plugins that are expected to themselves work well but for which there exists some reason not to include in the default set of plugins. If you successfully install this package and it works well for you, you don't have anything to worry about.

In contrast, the -bad package contains plugins judged to be insufficiently good in quality to ship with the default set of plugins.

If you want a more detailed answer about why specific plugins are shipped in the -ugly package, I recommend that you post a separate question about that (as the topic of this question is different and may not be noticed by the people knowledgeable enough about the -ugly package, to provide that information).

Can you help with this problem?
