remembering passwords

How do I turn off the question that ask to remember passwords in ubuntu. Every time I go a site with a password it asks if I want the password remembered.

go to edit, preferences, then click on the security tab. you can turn off saving passwords there.

In Firefox, edit preferences and untick the box that says "remember passwords for sites". It should no longer ask you if you want to store the password.

I have the opposite problem, after I asked to use a masterpassword it allowed me to remove master, remember passwords is greyed out. What do I do to remember pw.
