How to enable google voice plugin in firefox 6?

Upgraded to firefox-6, can not activate google voice, help!

Google will need to update their comparability database with the latest Firefox version number.

However, there is no compulsion to use Firefox 6 (it hasn't fully hit the ubuntu repos) -- its pretty much the same as Firefox 5, and quite similar to Firefox 4. Is there any reason you need Firefox 6? You will always have this problem with Firefox extensions, as they have to be updated by the non-Mozilla authors on every Firefox release.

how did you install firefox 6?

If you used a ppa, then simply remove the PPA from your software sources (the procedure for this depends upon your ubuntu version, but you need to launch the "software sources" package). Once you do this, uninstall firefox 6, then reinstall the ubuntu default firefox.
