Can you please clarify the steps how you're trying to achieve to edit bookmarks.

In case you try to work within window menu from panel while Firefox is maximized it doesn't work.
I've linked bug report about this issue.

Experience here.
It isn't possible to edit bookmarks in any way when Firefox is maximized and working from within global menu on the panel.
Lets say from window menu in panel click on bookmarks and navigate to any bookmark to edit with right click, it doesn't display properties, instead it opens url (with any click).
Workaround.
Reorganized bookmarks and put it all in bookmarks toolbar in order to access with right click, in order to access all functions such as edit, open in new tab, move, cut and else.
Now after done that when I want to bookmark an url, drag it with left click from url bar to the bookmarks toolbar within Firefox, navigate to the prefered folder and release left click.

Well, with Unity one learns a whole lot about new workflows.

Can you help with this problem?
