I would like to convert flv files

 Hi All
you solved a problem for me last week ( and thank you so much for so doing) and I downloaded Downloadhelper but when I try to convert my flv. files this message appears:

“Conversion requires an external application that appears to be missing on your system.
Configure conversion” where am I going wrong and what converter option should I use?

Hello Dermot McKinney,

You need ffmpeg package. Try to install it from your terminal program (Applications > Accessories > Terminal)
sudo apt-get install ffmpeg

Then, try to convert flv file from youtube with Downloadhelper. Have a nice try...
