More information is needed, what plugins do you have installed, and what version of Firefox?

Netflix will not run on Ubuntu. You need to run a virtualbox with windows in order to get the service to work.

Firefox 1.0 is circa 2004 and is not supported in any way by anyone. I suspect you have Firefox 3.6.16. If you use your Windows install media you can setup a virtualbox using that with your license. I personally suggest you simply find an alternate service.
