saving an mp3 while it buffers on my browser

hi...like flash catcher to save the videos, i just need to know what should i do to save the mp3 files when they buffer in my browser..

Assuming you click on the .mp3 file and you are brought to a page for it whose URL ends in .mp3, you can just use File > Save.

If that answer does not pertain to your situation, please give additional information about exactly what it is that you're trying to do.

you cannot save a file while it buffers! You will not have the whole file.

Actually, if the situation is as simple as the one I presented, you *can* save a file while it "buffers" -- the file save operation will complete when the file is fully downloaded. (Similarly, you can save a web page before it has fully loaded.)

On the other hand, if the audio file is playing inside a Flash applet, for instance, and you were to use some utility to extract the data and save it as a file, then you would not have the whole file.

Can you give us more information about what exactly it is that you're trying to do?
