I cant report my work because my pc. will not let me enter the site, why is that?

I clicked on firefox icon.
Then I clicked on search from google.
Then i entered " vp.crossmark.com and press enter.
Then I put in my name and password and press enter.
While I'm in my work site, I click on report store and went to the next page.
As I'm trying to report my stores, I notice that I cant report for some reason.
Why is that?

Yeah, try going to the Ubuntu Software Center and try installing some other browsers and use them (I would recommend Konqueror, Rekonq, Midori, or Epiphany) . The website you are using may not be compatible with Firefox.
