Thank you for taking the time to report this issue and helping to make Ubuntu better. Upon investigation it looks like the issue you are having is that you do not have Adobe Flash installed and are trying to watch a flash video. This issue does not appear to be a bug report so we are closing it and converting it to a question in the support tracker. We appreciate the difficulties you are facing, but it would make more sense to raise problems you are having in the support tracker at https://answers.launchpad.net/ubuntu if you are uncertain if they are bugs. For help on reporting bugs, see https://help.ubuntu.com/community/ReportingBugs.

Get Flash here: http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/

Do you have the apparmor profile enabled? (note the user is using gnash)

That site requires flash player .

You can install the flash player by entering the following command in your terminal:
sudo apt-get install flashplugin-nonfree

[Now it will ask you to enter the root password , once you entered the password it gives you option [Y/n]. Press Enter or Type Y and Enter it will download the flash player and installs in your machine]

Restart the browser and check out that site again.

@Senthil Kumar_Webrsk
Please read all the comments before commenting. I already specified the user is using gnash which is an open source flash player.

Thank you very much! I apologize that this is no bug and the problem should be solved by installing this and that...
I followed your hints and tipps, but it didn't solve the prob.

Flashplugin should be installed. If it weren't installed, I would have problems with youtube-videos, but I have not.
I tried to install it again, but it does not allow me to start the download on http://get.adobe.com/de/flashplayer/ with the Option "APT". After click on install, the site does not react.

And I tried to enable apparmor:
$ sudo aa-enforce /etc/apparmor.d/usr.bin.firefox
Setting /etc/apparmor.d/usr.bin.firefox to enforce mode.

But it still does not work.

@Sadik
You have the open source version of flash installed (gnash). I was worried that it was the apparmor profile that was preventing it from working, that's why I asked if it was on before.

Ok, thank you.
I solved the Problem by unistalling gnash and reinstalling adobe flash player.
Now everything works fine. Youtube videos are running even better than before.
