I don't think that there is a specific tool to do this, but every flash video is saved in the /tmp folder. So, to get it, right after you watch the WHOLE video, type this command in a terminal.

cd /tmp && cp Fl<tab> /home/yourname/Videos/ && cd /home/yourname/Videos/ && mv Fl<tab> nameofvideo

Kind of long, but it should do it in one step. Let me know if you get errors.

PS: Fl<tab> should get the name of the video (probably Flash124194u84, or something like that).
